Vintage Mother of Pearl Belt Buckle Necklace

I found this belt buckle in a small vintage shop in Edinburgh, Scotland where I lived for a year. It used to hold a ribbon wrapped around a dress in the 20’s. Now it holds small raw rubies wrapped with gold-filled wire on a sterling silver chain and clasp. The necklace measures 17 1/2” long. $135
